This session will gather stakeholders from academia, industry, and government to map the opportunity and kick-start an embryonic consortium which takes forward this opportunity after ISRSE-40. Focus: What is the user need? What capabilities can meet this need alongside EO? What will a successful solution look like? Who will buy it?
